I believe it is our elected officials’ duty to be faithful to the people. But that’s not what happened at the Missouri State Capitol this week, last year, or over the last decade. In the final days of the 2025 session, Missouri lawmakers betrayed one another and the people who elected them once again.
Once again the Republican super majority at the Missouri capitol has demonstrated it is more interested in ruling the people, rather than represent them. I DON'T WANT TO BE GOVERNED. I WANT TO BE REPRESENTED!
Thanks Scott! I really don’t know what happens to these guys. They come in pretty levelheaded and logical and then after breathing in that marbelized air their senses leave them. Patterson started session with let the will of the people stand. Then he pulls crap like adjourning before the project bill was brought to a vote.
